Add your information and a Specsavers eVoucher will be issued for you.

Please ensure you enter the correct number for your department using the list below:

2) MoJ
3) HMCTS
4) LAA
5) Judicial Appointment Commission
6) Wales Office
7) Office of the Public Guardian
8) Parole Board
9) Youth Justice Board
10) Independent Monitoring Authority (IMA).
11) Scottish Office
You will receive your eye care voucher within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).
If you haven't already, please book your appointment as soon as possible to avoid your voucher expiring.
IMPORTANT: The e-voucher will come from the following email address: uk.corporateeyecare@specsavers.com, therefore please check your "Junk Email" folder in case it is classed as junk email in error.
By submitting the application, you confirm that you have received approval from your line manager.
